Senior Night was a very good night for the now 19-0-0 and top-ranked hosts. Class of 2019 members Colin Iverson (brace), Jacob Vrankin (goal) and Tommy Welch (goal, half shutout) made the score sheet. Juniors Ty Konrad (brace), Zach Smith and Christian Romano (two assists each), Jason Barba (half shutout), Patrick Koenig (assist) and Cesar Recendez (assist) helped make sure their upperclassmen got the win.
St. Charles East 4, Wheaton Academy 1
The host Fighting Saints pulled off a major upset after taking a 3-1 halftime lead against the no. 4 Warriors. Luke Schnitker had a goal and an assist to lead the way. Wheaton Academy lost to St. Charles East by the score of 4-1 on Thursday night. Seamus Kilgallon scored the goal for the Warriors who finish the regular season at 19-2 overall. The Warriors will compete in the class 3A playoffs starting on Wednesday of next week.
