After trailing 1-0, Sebastian Carranza scored twice and Mason Blenner delivered both assists to secure the league title by a single point for the Fighting Saints (15-4-0, 5-2-0). Second half keeper Tyler Benhart made four saves in a scoreless 40 minutes of work. St Charles East, which is ranked 11th in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, is the no. 2 seed in the Addison Trail Sectional and opens postseason play against the Schaumburg Regional play-in game victor at 5 p.m Oct. 19.

Naperville North 6, Downers Grove South 2
The sixth-ranked Huskies ended the regular-season 17-5-2 after a four-goal performance from Cam Radeke. Christian Kuncl scored and Naperville North was also the beneficiary of an own-goal. Tyson Amoo-Mensah had a two-helper game, and Bryan Higgs, Keegan Walters and Lohit Bhatnagar tallied solo assists. The top-seed of the Plainfield North Sectional opens tournament play at 5 p.m. Oct. 19 against the Bolingbrook Regional play-in game winner.
Waubonsie Valley 3, South Elgin 1
The Storm couldn't hold on to its 1-0 halftime lead. Ethan Scholl put South Elgin (6-9-5, 4-3-2) up after an Ethan Crawford assist. Keeper Luke Bondi was kept busy with 10 saves. Next stop is the postseason with a regional semifinal appointment at host Elgin at 5 p.m. Oct. 19.
