The eighth-seeded Gators left little doubt in the outcome with a four-goal opening half. Oscar Campos scored the first two goals of the game, and Alex Canfield contributed tallies before and after the break. Nikolas Getzinger added a goal, and Jack Wruck and Brad Grabowski added assists against ninth-seeded DeKalb, which had tied Crystal Lake South on Sept. 5. Goalkeeper Brandon Gorka made three saves for his sixth shutout of the season. The Gators improved to 11-10-2 and earned a date with no. 1-seed and Chicagoland Soccer's seventh-ranked squad Dundee-Crown (19-0-2) at 1 p.m. Saturday. Crystal Lake South lost 2-1 in overtime to its Fox Valley Conference for on Sept. 19.
East Aurora Regional
Waubonsie Valley 4, West Aurora 3 (2 OT)
The 13th-seeded Warriors (11-9-1) knocked out the fourth-seeded Blackhawks when Noah Glorioso completed his hat-trick in the 97th minute. Waubonsie Valley will meet Metea Valley at 5 p.m. Friday with a score to settle. The Warriors have lost two previous meetings to the 5th-seeded Mustangs this season.
Guilford Regional
Streamwood 8, Hononegah 1
The third-seeded Sabres exploded for seven second half goals to oust the 14th-seed. Alex Chavez led he way with four goals and an assist, and Oscar Chavez added a brace and two assists in the win. Rafa Gil chipped in with a goal and a helper. Aldo Lazaro completed the scoring list, and Bryan Mora and Tony Hodzic contributed assists. Streamwood (12-5-2), ranked no. 24 in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, meets no. 10 seed South Elgin for the title at 1 p.m Saturday.
Lockport Regional
Naperville North 6, Batavia 0
The Huskies (21-1-1), ranked second in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, rolled on behind braces from Will Ritzmann and Ty Konrad. Jack Barry contributed three assists, and Ian Guppy had a goal and an assist for top-seeded Naperville North, which won its 13th game in a row. Colin Iverson and Vincent Roberts added assists. Goalkeeper Tommy Welch and Jason Barba combined for the shutout. The Huskies await the result of the Neuqua Valley-Lockport game Wednesday afternoon to see who their opponent for the regional crown will be at 4 p.m. Friday
St. Charles North Regional
St. Charles East 2, Benet 1 (2 OT)
The Fighting Saints (8-9-4) continued their late-season resurgence with the win. Truitt Battin scored the game-winner in the first overtime on an assist from George Maridis, who opened the scoring in the game. Luke Schnitker recorded an assist, and Zach Kennedy made 5 saves in the win. Seventh-seeded St. Charles East, which has won its last six matches against Chicagoland area competition, meets the regional host at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Saints topped St. Charles North 3-0 on the road Sept. 26.
Ninth-seeded Benet tied the game in the 79th minute when Franklin Rutkowski scored from a scrum inside the box. Nick Trakszelis and Nick Renfro both had quality opportunities in the first extra period that were turned away by St Charles East senior goalkeeper Kennedy. In the second extra time period, it appeared that Franklin Rutkowski had tied the match, but the goal that was called offside. Benet's senior goalkeeper Brian Gould had 15 saves in regulation. The loss ended the Redwings nine-game unbeaten streak (8-0-1) and season. The East Suburban Catholic Conference co-champs finished 9-7-2 oveall.

Wheaton Academy 4, Illinois Math and Science 0
The 18th-ranked and top-seeded Warriors (19-4-0) advanced to the regional final at 4 p.m. Friday ehind goals from Seamus Kilgallon, Luke Holwerda, Owen Hardy and Grayson Harris. Goalkeeper J.D. Gunn posted the shutout against Wheaton Academy's ninth-seeded foes.
