Truitt Battin knocked home a first half brace, and Gray Biddle and Sebastian Carranza scored second half goals for the fifth-seeded hosts. Nick Nelson and Luke Schnitker chipped in with assists for the Fighting Saints (12-7-0). Goalkeepers Jack Settle (70 minutes, four saves) and Zach Doerr (10, two) shared the shutout. St. Charles East meets St. Charles North, ranked 25th in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25 and seeded fourth, for the title at 11 a.m. Saturday

Streamwood 7, Jefferson 0
Jesus Limon and Alex Chavez each notched a brace and an assist, and Edwin Peralta had a goal and two assists for the second-seeded Sabres (15-4-3), who held a 4-0 lead at the half. Rolando Martinez and Jose Banuelos completed the scoring. Bryan Mora added an assist. Keeper Hector Alfaro did not need to make a save to record the shutout. No. 23 Streamwood meets 10th-seeded Larkin in the 10 a.m. title match Saturday.

Four differenct goal scorers -- Juan Pinto, Anthony Klos, Franklin Rutkowsi and Preston Wray; and four different assist men -- C.J. Warren; Tom Miskin, Nick Renfro and Ethan Ferguson -- paced the Redwings (15-3-1). Hunter Douglas made four saves for the shutout for no. 16 Benet.
Wheaton Academy 3, Bartlett 1
The fifth-ranked and second-seeded Warriors (20-2-0) received goals from Logan Finnegan, Chris Eklund and Jack Kilgallon. The Warriors host seven-seed Benet in a regional final matchup of private school powers at 4 p.m. Saturday.

Crystal Lake South 3, Grayslake Central 0
After carrying a slim lead into the second half, the 20th-ranked and top-seeded Gators ended their anxiety with two after the break. Alex Canfield scored bookend goals for Crystal Lake South (16-2-3). Brad Grabowski added a goal. Nick Langdon contributed two assists, and Ryan Couglin chipped in one. Matt McCaleb earned the shutout after five saves. The Gators face Wauconda at 4:30 p.m. Frday in the regional title match.
