Elia Desario scored in the second overtime to turn away the upset-minded Hawks. Keeper Jordan Rolon made one save for the shutout for the 12th-ranked and second-seeded Fighting Saints (17-3-3). The DuKane Conference champions meet host Glenbard East in the title match at 5 p.m Friday.

Michael Garcia paved the way for the second-seeded Sabres with a goal and two assists. Hugo Marquez and Jairo Sanchez (assist) also scored first half goals for a 3-0 lead at the break. Alex Alcala and Diogo Magana tallied after intermission. Aaron Taboada and Hugo Marquez recorded assists for Streamwood (10-7-4). The 10-seeded host stands in the way of a regional title for the Sabres. The title match is at 3 p.m. Saturday.

The seventh-ranked and second-seeded Huskies prevailed behind a brace from Alex Barger. Aidan McMahon got the only helper. Keeper Reed Goss earned the clean-sheet for Naperville North (15-3-4), which faces Plainfield South for the regional title at 6 p.m. Friday.

Tomy DeSanto scored the game-winner in the 85th minute to allow the 20th-ranked and second-seeded Blue Devils (15-4-2) to squeak through. Fifteenth-seeded Highland Park opened the scoring in the 50th minute on a 30-yard goal that hit the crossbar and dropped over the line. Lucas Ahonen tied the match in the 59th minute on a PK after a foul on Matt Paraskos. "May not be the way that we drew it up but at the end of the day we got the W," said coach Jason Ahonen. "Cold, windy day and we got off to a slow start. Hats off to Highland Park on their quality strike from distance. We played much better once Lucas converted that PK. We had a jolt of energy that carried us to the rest of the match. Tommy DeSanto and Matty Paraskos had a ton of room on the flanks tonight, and in OT Tommy was able to find the far post on a low-driven shot."

Crystal Lake South Regional
Crystal Lake South 3, Lakes 2
The third-seeded hosts built up a 3-1 second half lead and held on. Nolan Getzinger (Andrew Smart), Nick Prus (Nico Velasco) and Mason Ross (Kevin Cardoso) scored for the Gators (13-4-3), who await the winner of the Deerfield-Crystal Lake Central winner for the 4 p.m. final Friday.
St. Francis Regional
Lemont 1, Glenbard South 0
Billy Eliadis (Tyler Chrisman assist) scored with three minutes, 30 seconds left in regulation for top-seeded Lemont. Keeper Amir Biba made two saves against eighth-seeded Glenbard South for the clean-sheet.
St. Francis 4, IMSA 2
J.R. Diaz, Cooper Winslow, Nicolas Tsiljar and Mason Karch scored for the fourth-seeded Spartans (6-7-2). Starting keeper Simon Hartle allowed one goal in the win. St. Francis hosts top-seeded Lemont at 5 p.m. Saturday for the title.

The top-seeded and 25th-ranked Warriors cruised behind a hat-trick from Joshua Mariotti. Josiah Pitts assisted the opener in the 23rd minute. Will Clegg scored his third goal of the season off of an assist from Scotty Murray in the 27th minute. Lucas Landstrom's cross was deflected into the net and officially credited as an own-goal for the final tally. The Warrior backline held strong and finished with their 13th shutout of the year. Declan Finnegan made three saves for the clean-sheet for Wheaton Academy (13-4-3), who will meet Westminster for the sectional crown at 7 p.m. Saturday at home.
