The top-seeded Huskies (23-1-1) won their 15th in a row behind goals from Jack Barry and Ian Guppy. Ty Konrad earned the only assist of the night. Keeper Tommy Welch recorded another clean sheet for Naperville North, its 16th of the season. The winners, ranked second in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, advance to meet the only team that beat them this year, Naperville Central, at 5 p.m. Friday. The Redhawks (15-4-3) pinned the 1-0 defeat on Naperville North on Sept. 9. Naperville Central, which is seeded second and ranked 13th, advanced with a 3-0 win over Plainfield Central on Tuesday. Metea Valley, which finished third in the DuPage Valley Conference behind the Naperville schools, had its eight-game unbeaten streak snapped in the loss. The fifth-seeded Mustangs concluded their season with a 15-8-2 mark. Their 2017 results included a 3-1 loss to Naperville North on September 7 and a 4-1 win over Naperville Central on Sept. 19.
