The Warriors finished their regular-season with a convincing home win. The team feted its 11 seniors prior to kickoff. Despite a scoreless first half, 25th-ranked Wheaton Academy showed a strong possession-based offense. The hosts found the opener in the 48th minute. Joshua Mariotti intercepted a clearance from the keeper and scored from nearly 50 yards. Josiah Pitts doubled the advantage in the 69th minute after he raced to receive a pass from Troy Erickson. The Warriors backline held strong and finished with their 10th shutout of the season. The club concluded the regular-season at 10-4-3 overall and as co-champions of the Metro Suburban Conference Blue Division with a 5-1-x record.
