Alan Camarena's 35-yard free kick score in the 51st minute held up to put the Sabres in the state finals for the first time in school history.
Streamwood (17-5-2) led 1-0 at the half after Blerim Shabani's 24th minute score off a Jasminko Dizdarevic helper. The Sabres face Normal (20-0-2) in a semifinal match-up at 5 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Estates High School.
Kris Lopez cut the Lake Park's deficit in half with a header off a Michael Passi assist, but Lake Park (20-2-4) could not find the equalizer. The loss ended the Lancers' 19-game unbeaten and nine-game winning streaks.

Wheaton Academy 3, Notre Dame (Peoria) 2 (2 OT)
Wheaton Academy defeated Notre Dame (Peoria) 3-2 in double overtime to advance to the state finals for the third-straight season.
Jha'Lon Johnson led the Warriors with a goal and an assist. Reid Culberson (from Ty Seager), and Jacob Kapitaniuk (Johnson) also tallied for the winners.
Notre Dame finished its season at 16-5-4.
Wheaton Academy (23-1-1) advances to the semifinals where it will play Springfield (25-3) at 1 p.m. at Hoffman Estates High School.
