The Scouts rolled on the road in their season debut. After holding a 1-0 lead at the break on a Hanna Sands tally, the visitors took control with a brace from Ada Bodine and a single tally from Riley Hoskins. Maeve Bradley, Lainey Tabor, Sophie Bejakul and Chloe Hvostik recorded assists.

The 16th-ranked Redhawks began the season with a win thanks to goal-scorers Megan Norkett (Lauren Thorne, Rebecca Ruggiero assist) and Malia Shen (by Isabella Brozek).

The 31st-ranked Blue Devils fell to no. 5 New Trier (1-0-0) after a 72nd-minute corner kick. Keeper Emma Megerle made four saves for Warren (0-1-0). "Anytime you play New Trier it's tough, especially at their place," said coach Ryan McCabe. "But starting the season is even more challenging when we have so many new faces. We saw some good things from our squad especially in the second half. We will regroup and get ready for Wauconda on Friday."
