The Cogs rolled behind Jorge Leon (four goals, three assists) and Eagan Reams (four, one). Alejo Pacheco added a goal, and John Wolcott contributed 3 assists for Genoa-Kingston (2-1-0, 1-1-0).

St. Charles North 4, St. Charles East 2
The North Stars (6-1-0, 5-0-0), ranked eighth in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, built their conference lead to six points over Wheaton North when they scored three-straight goals to break a 1-1 tie. No. 9 St. Charles East (5-2-1, 2-2-1) got a brace from Sebastian Carranza and assists from Gaetano D’Argento and Alex Mancera.

Huntley 5, Crystal Lake South 1
Deven Tinajero gave the Gators the lead thanks to a Nico Velasco assist, but host Huntley (4-1-0, 3-1-0) answered with five goals. Crystal Lake South (2-2-1, 1-2-1) continues to play without eight starters due to injury and COVID-19 protocols.

Wheaton Academy 8, St. Edward 0
The 17th-ranked Warriors rebounded from their first conference loss of the season in a big way. Junior Haetham Nasr lead the way with with a hat-trick and assist on the evening. Sophomore Lucas Landstrom and freshman Scotty Murray each tallied their first varsity goal. Solomon Pitts (two assists), Troy Erickson and Caleb Mariotti rounded out the scorers' column. Team soccer was on full display with six assists contributing to goals. Robert Platt, Kyle Holwerda and Landstrom had one assist each. Goalkeepers Declan Finnegan (40 minutes, one save) and Brandon Hoekstra (40 minutes, one save) shared the shutout. Next up for the Warriors (5-2-1, 3-1-0) is a trip to Elmwood Park for a divisional match at 6:15 p.m. Thursday.
