The Fighting Saints did all their scoring in the first half. Hannah Miller led the way with two goals and two assists. Jenna Sitta (assist), Emma Blankenship, Elle McCaslin and Jamie McDermott each also contributed a brace. Warren goalkeepers Alana Turner and Sarah Barbosa each made had two saves, but the Blue Devils offense couldn't solve their opponent in St. Louis. Courtney Chomko was named Warren's Player of the Game.

Alison Dovalovsky gave Neuqua Valley a 1-0 first half lead, but it wasn't enough against Columbia, which is ranked no. 1 in Chicagoland Soccer's Illinois 10 poll. Neuqua Valley's Kasey Gillespie made five saves in a first half that ended 1-1, and Tara Tesmond collected five saves after the break for the Wildcats (1-2-1), who are ranked fifth in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25.
