Second half goals from Ellie Metros, Jessica Ridderhoff and Lexi Cittadine propelled the Trojans (4-2) to the win. Downers Grove North goalie Grace Stevenson made 3 saves for the clean sheet.

The Griffins rebounded from their first loss of the year -- a 2-0 defeat against Sandburg on Tuesday -- behind the offense of Jillian Kilrea (2 goals, 1 assist), Lauren Sandberg (goal) and Stefani Cetera (goal). Kim Seper recorded her fourth shutout of the season with the help of her defensive team of Lindsey Murphy, Jade Christensen, Anna Power and Cetera, who only allowed two shots on goal. Lincoln-Way East improved its record to 8-1-2.

Goal-scorers Lindsay Ditmars and Kaitlyn Chomko, and assist contributors Valentina Rodriguez and Natalie McNally completed the score sheet for the Blue Devils. Keeper Elizabeth Carrano made 3 saves in the Warren (2-1-1) win.
