The Blue Devils, ranked 12th in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, got two goals from Addison Stanciak and two assists from Sam Pullins to topple no. 21 Lake Zurich. Brooke Gaertig added a goal, and Ella Skelton chipped in with an assist. Goalkeeper Trish Georgiou made four saves for the shutout. Warren improved to 6-1-2 (3-0-0) and will play Fremd next Thursday to open the Naperville Invitational.

Naperville North 5, St. Francis 0
The undefeated and no. 2-ranked Huskies completed their sweep of the pool with the win. Olivia Anderson led the way with a brace and was backed with goals from Lucy Iverson, Katherine Ruan and Sierra Rioux. Naperville North advances to the semifinals Saturday where it will face no. 3 at 12:30 p.m. at New Trier.

Glenbard West 5, Stagg 1
The Hilltopper ended a perfect run in their pool to earn a semifinal berth. Annie Mitchell opened the scoring with a header off an Emmie Roberts assist. Stagg came back and scored an equalizer minutes later. Kendall Meyer slotted home a ball from Maggie McDonnell to give the Hilltoppers the lead for good. J Fox scored on an overlapping run with an assist to Sophia Brown. Brown then scored the fourth goal with another assist from Roberts. Sophomore Audrey Sawyer finished the scoring with a driven ball over the keeper. Fox added the last assist for the Group 1 winner.

The Storm fell to the ninth-ranked North Stars despite 13 saves from keeper Karissa Cruz. South Elgin is now 3-2-2 overall this season and resumes play with an Upstate Eight match at home vs. Fenton on Saturday.
