Hailey Rydberg scored a hat trick to lead the no. 3 North Stars (7-0-1). The Wahlbergs, Gia (2 assists) and C.C (goal), contributed to the win as did Amanda Czerniak and Alison Weseel with assists. Sami Sample made 7 saves. St. Charles North will meet 10th-seeded Lake Forest in the final April 23.

The host Warriors (3-3-3) jumped on the Chargers early. Chloe Cappas stole a pass and opened the scoring after 13 seconds. Malori Killoren took a pass from Erin Rosenzweig and made it 2-0 with 2:22 gone. Devyn Compisi scored her first varsity goal, after a passing sequence begun by Rosenzweig and Samantha Linn, with 3:39 gone. Julia Harland's diagonal ball sprung Marissa Hyland on a breakaway in the 39th minute, and Hyland calmly finished to the lower corner to make it 4-0. Stagg got one back on a corner kick in the 60th minute. With 4 minutes remaining, Haley Emory made a strong run through the middle before sliding a ball behind the defense for Hyland who notched her second of the day. The Warriors open conference play when they host Glenbrook North on Tuesday.

Megan Breier led the way with a hat trick for the no. 18 Tigers (8-3-0). Molly Grant contributed a goal and an assist, and Trinity Grimes, Makenna Woodill and Brittaney Kroll recorded an assist apiece. Plainfield North will try to move to 3-0-0 in the Southwest Prairie Conference when it hosts Oswego East on Tuesday. Carmel (2-4-1) begins its East Suburban Catholic Conference schedule with a trip to Joliet Catholic on Monday.
