Bolingbrook Regional
Neuqua Valley 5, Bolingbrook 0
Five different Wildcats -- Sydney Rushing, Leah Senese, Alyssa Bombacino, Dani Hopkins and Alison Dovalovsky -- scored in the win. Bombacino, Rushing, Julia Rushing and Frannie Keen had assists. Kasey Gillespie made two saves for the shutout for fifth-ranked Neuqua Valley (12-6-0). The Wildcats meet sixth-seeded Plainfield North at 6 p.m. Friday for the title.
East Aurora Regional
Naperville Central 1, Oswego East 0
Maddie Redeker's goal off a Jess Sonner assist in the 39th minute was all the offense the fifth-seeded Redhawks needed. Erin McHugh and Sophie Epelbaum made a combined three saves to split the shutout for Naperville Central (10-12-1), which meets four-seed Waubonsie Valley for the regional title at 6 p.m. Friday.
Rolling Meadows Regional
Geneva 7, Hoffman Estates 0
Jenna Dominguez had four goals and an assist to power the Vikings (12-6-4) into the final. The junior completed a first half hat-trick at the 28th minute that gave Geneva a 5-0 halftime lead. Sydney Gratz opened the scoring in the third minute and finished with a brace. Anna Spindle added a first half goal. Liv Tegge, Lauren Albrecht and Ava Geen contributed helpers, and Katie Montgomery made two saves for the clean-sheet. Geneva advances to the final against 22nd-ranked St. Charles East at 4:30 p.m. Friday. The teams have played to draws in two earlier meetings this season.
St. Charles North Regional
St. Charles North 8, Addison Trail 0
The top-ranked and top-seeded North Stars (18-0-1) took immediate control behind Gia Wahlberg, who took part in the North Stars opening four goals (in the first nine minutes) with a brace and two assists. Hailey Rydberg scored an opening brace and had an assist. Chloe Netzel contributed a goal and an assist, and Sami Rydberg, Claudia Najera and Bella Falco added goals. Anna Weyman had two assists, and Cece Wahlberg had one. St. Charles North hosts eighth-seeded Bartlett at 6 p.m. Friday. Both teams were divisional champions in the Upstate Eight Conference.

The second-seeded home team almost certainly set several school records for speedy scoring when it posted six goals in the first eight minutes en route to its rousing playoff opening win at Adams Field. Senior wing Samantha Linn added the first of four helpers to her school record for assists with a cross that Chloe Cappas finished in the second minute. Cappas scored the second of her four goals in the fourth minute when she completed a passing sequence from Malori Killoren and Rachel Levin. Cappas scored twice more in the next three minutes, both assisted by Linn. Devyn Compisi headed home a corner kick from Linn in the seventh minute. Marissa Hyland knocked finished off a passing sequence from Sydney Burns and Julia Neal in the eighth minute. Ashley Morgan netted her first career goal in the 35th on assists from Meg Feldman and Lauren Goodsnyder. Feldman got her first career goal in the 50th on an assist from Sydney Fleishman. Goodsnyder completed the scoring in the 55th. The 17-4-3 Warriors, ranked 13th in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, meet seventh-seeded Grayslake North for the regional title Saturday. The game was moved to a 9:30 a.m. start.
