Jordan Karom scored bookend goals to lead the second-seeded North Stars (17-0-3) to the win. Madison Kauffmann scored in the 40th minute to give St. Charles North a 2-0 halftime lead; Samantha Rydberg also scored for Chicagoland Soccer's second-rated team. Gia Wahlberg (2 assists), Claudia Najera and Sarah Andrey added helpers. Sami Sample did not need to make a save for the shutout. The North Stars face 15th-ranked and third-seeded West Chicago champion Batavia, a 2-0 winner over Bartlett, in a Hoffman Estates Sectional semifinal at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The sixth-ranked Blue Devils (20-1-2) advanced behind a goal-and-assist peformance from Alliyah Parker. Natalie McNally and Courtney Chomko contributed goals, and Lindsey Hardiman and Ellen Szostak provided helpers. Goalkeeper Skylar Reilly made 2 saves for the shutout. The second-seeded sectional host advances to face sixth-seeded Libertyville, a 2-0 winner over Fremd, in semifinal action at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Benet 3, Glenbard South 2
Katie Gesior had a goal and 2 assists in the win for Benet (14-6-1). Betsy Keefe added a goal and an assist. Abby Casmere also scored for the Redwings, who advance to the Nazareth Sectional semifinals to meet second-seeded Hinsdale South at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Elmhurst College. The Hornets beat host Riverside-Brookfield 3-0 for their regional title.
At Wheaton Academy
Wheaton Academy 9, Foreman 0
The host Warriors (17-5-0) defeated Foreman 9-0 at home. Top-seeded Wheaton Academy received a hat trick from Gretchen Pearson to advance to its sectional semifinals, where it will meet 4th-seeded Payton at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
