The Redwings, ranked second in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, clinched the conference title and continued their perfect season. Loyola-bound forward Jaimee Cibulka scored twice to build her goal total to 20 for the season. Paige Neri helped Cibulka on both tallies. Brooke Pullen added a goal for Benet with help from Brinkley Douglas. Shannon Clark made five saves for the clean-sheet. Benet (15-0-0, 7-0-0), which is the top seed in the Morton Sectional, will host their state tournament opener on June 2 against the Proviso West-Proviso East winner.

Amy Alexander scored her second hat-trick in as many days to lead the road win. Eva DeSouza, Emily Setran (two assists), Haleigh Manske and Kelsey Bowling rounded out the scoring. Jocelyn Royce added a helper. Goalkeepers Sara Swoboda and Brooke Hermes shared the win, which was Wheaton Academy's fourth-straight. Next up for the Warriors (12-4-0, 7-1-0) is a home game against Chicago Christian at 4 p.m. Friday.
