Marmion scored three times in the first half: Dave Sosa, assisted by Trevor Jones; Quinn Gratz unassisted; and Landon Meyer, assisted by Quinn Turcich. Nick Grant had both of Marmion's second-half goals, the first assisted by Gavin Sanchez and the second unassisted. Goalkeeper Matt Fletcher made 2 saves. The Cadets' fifth-straight win puts their overall record (6-5) over the .500 mark for the first time in September. Marmion stands at 2-0 in the conference.

Nicholas Roehl scored a hat trick and added 2 assists to lead the Spartans. Joey Wood and Ian Hart chipped in with a goal and an assist and Keenan Corrigan and Ethan Grosam tallied goals. Goalkeeper Jonathan Burke recorded 6 saves for St. Francis which improved to 2-0 in the league and 3-4-2 overall.
