Jorge Leon had a hat-trick and two assists as the Cogs rolled to their seventh-straight win. Eagan Reams added a brace and two assists. Aiden Tomlinson, Brayan Garcia and Leo Rocha also found the net for Genoa-Kingston (13-1-0, 6-0-0). Brayan Garcia added a pair of assists, and Diego Espinoza and Eddie Mercado chipped in with one apiece. Keeper Aaron Acosta earned the shutout.

St. Francis 2, Elmwood Park 1
The Spartans got the job done on the road behind goals from Guy DeFeo and Cooper Winslow. Anthony Matz and Brendan Yarusso provided assistance.
Wheaton Academy 6, Ridgewood 0
The Warriors (6-3-1, 3-1-0) honored their 10 seniors with an impressive performance. It didn't take long for the Class of '22 to leave its mark on the game. Senior Haetham Nasr served a free kick to the back post that Josiah Pitts redirected to senior Robert Platt for the opening goal just three minutes into the game. Platt doubled the lead in the 18th minute finishing off a play started by Josh Mariotti. Platt completed his hat-trick five minutes into the second half with some scrappy play in the box. Scotty Murray and Lucas Landstrom each scored their first goal of this season, and Ethan Head scored his second to round out the scoring. Platt, Pitts, Nasr, Mariotti and Troy Erickson contributed assists. Declan Finnegan made a PK save in the second half to preserve the clean-sheet. He and Brandon Hoekstra each recorded two saves and split the shutout. The Warriors return to action Thursday night at Riverside Brookfield.
North Suburban Conference
Libertyville 3, Mundelein 0
Second half goals from Cole Danner, Andrew Phillps Jake Berlowski gave the Wildcats, ranked 21st in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, their first league win (7-3-1, 1-1-1). Keepers Mike Krokonas (three saves) and Chase Bonder (two) combined for the shutout.
Warren 2, Stevenson 0
The no. 17 Blue Devils put two away in the first half and that was all they needed. Miguel Garcia scored off a Miguel Rodriguez assist in the 14th minute, and Ryan Stanciak gave Warren some breathing room after a Braden Lechner helper in the 33rd minute. George McAtee made six saves for the clean-sheet for Warren (8-1-2, 2-0-1), which extended its conference unbeaten streak to 12 games (11-0-1). The loss dropped Stevenson to 1-2-0 in the league race. "Going into a North Suburban Conference matchup is always challenging especially against a well-coached team like Stevenson," said coach Jason Ahonen. "We were fortunate enough to get two goals in the first half. The first goal was set up by a brilliant pass from Miguel Rodriguez; the other was a hard-working blue-collar type goal. If the season has taught us anything, it's that the conference race is wide open. We look forward to our next match against Waukegan on Thursday."

The Sabres held a 1-0 halftime lead on Trey Yi's goal off a Miguel Gutierrez assist, but they couldn't stop the visitors after the break. Steamwood fell to 4-4-2, 1-1-0 with the loss.
St. Charles East 5, Wheaton Warrenville South 1
Chicagoland Soccer all-stater Sebastian Carranza scored a hat-trick as the as the host Fighting Saints won their fourth-straight match and put up their biggest goal tital since Aug. 30 when they scored eight. Luca Avendano opened the scoring, and Connor King finished it. Josh Ruiz collected two assists, and Will Orloff and Phil Anton provided on apiece. Starting keeper Tyler Benhart made one save and allowed the first half goal. Jordon Rolon played the second half and made a single stop. Sixth-ranked St. Charles East improved to 10-1-0 overall and 1-1-0 in the league.
