The North Stars, ranked seventh in the Chicagoland Soccer Top 25, prevailed behind the unassisted game-winner from Drew Balster. Luke Persenico added a goal. Sam Strader had the lone assist for the visitors, who improved to 10-1-0, 9-0-0. Keeper Vince Miteff allowed one goal in 80 minutes of work. Wheaton North fell to 4-3-2, 4-3-2.
